The Practice
OLT Designs Architectural Services was set up in June 2007 and since then we have been in involved in many projects primarily in the domestic market and also in the Public Sector for Schools.
Oran Trump gained considerable experience and knowledge with his previous employer Devon County Council where he worked within the Property Department and decided to expand on that experience by setting up a new practice concentrating on providing a good value service to Clients.
Here at OLT Designs we love design and we believe good quality buildings can make a serious improvement to life and we pride ourselves on delivering good quality design with practical solutions.
The projects we have worked on range from small extensions to larger developments of around £1.5m

Oran Trump became a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building in June 2001 and has over 20 years experience in both the public and private sectors combined with areas of work covering feasibility, design, procurement, project management, health and safety and site experience including contract administration. He also has considerable experience in Asset Management and periodic maintenance through his work at Devon County Council.
Yvonne Broad
Architect Dipl.-Ing. (TH), Germany
Yvonne Broad joined OLT Designs in April 2009 and has since been working alongside Oran being involved in all stages of the design process. Yvonne qualified as Diplom-Engineer in architecture in summer 2004 at the ‘Technische Hochschule Karlsruhe’ (University of Karlsruhe) in Germany and moved to England in the autumn. She joined Grainge Architects, Exeter in October 2004 where she stayed until joining Oran in 2009. During her time at Grainge Architects, Yvonne has worked as part of a team of architects and technicians gaining experience in various aspects such as feasibility, scheme and detailed design, production information as well as tender action and assisted project management. Since March 2009, Yvonne is a member of the ‘Architektenkammer Rheinland-Pfalz’ (chamber of architects Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany).
